4Gift Rewards and Promo Credit Terms of Use

These terms govern any promotional rewards or promo credit programs (the "Program") offered by Kind Quest Travel Private Limited.

A. Nature of Promo Credit

• Promo Credits are free, promotional rewards issued following a successfully ticketed and fully paid booking.
• Promo Credits are not gift cards, possess no cash value, are entirely non-refundable, and cannot be purchased, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for store credit.

B. Eligibility & Issuance

• Credits are issued only when a booking is successfully ticketed (not merely reserved), a valid email address is provided, and the booking is not cancelled, refunded, voided, or disputed.
• We reserve the right to withhold or revoke Promo Credits if fraud, multi-account abuse, or data inconsistencies are detected.
• Marketing materials stating "up to" an amount indicate maximum potential awards; the actual issued amount is determined solely by the Company.

C. Expiration & Redemption Restrictions

• Unless otherwise explicitly stated, Promo Credits expire 90 days from the date of issuance. Unused credits are forfeited.
• Promo Credits apply only to the eligible base fare portions of a booking. They cannot be used to reduce government taxes, airline-imposed fees, or carrier surcharges.
• Only one Promo Credit may be used per booking. They cannot be combined, stacked, or applied to group travel, bulk fares, or consolidated/negotiated pricing.
• Credits cannot be used for standalone hotel/car bookings, airline upgrades, baggage selection, or past purchases.

D. Cancellations & Chargebacks

• If a booking that utilized or earned a Promo Credit is cancelled, voided, or refunded, the associated credit is permanently forfeited.
• If a user redeems a Promo Credit on a subsequent booking and then files a chargeback or dispute on the original qualifying booking, the Company reserves the right to deduct the credit value from any applicable refund, cancel the associated bookings, or charge the equivalent value to the user's payment method.

5Accessing the Website and Account Security

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

If you choose, or are provided with, a username, password, or any other piece of security information, you must treat such information as strictly confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We have the right to disable any username or password at any time in our sole discretion if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.
